Jordan Brand brings back a revered Japanese exclusive from the dawn of the millennium for a long awaited and much anticipated global release on the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP "Tokyo".
Originally released on New Year's day 2001 exclusively in Japan with a limited run of 2,001 pairs, the storied pair returns in its original makeup of a neutral grey leather upper overlaid by metallic silver tumbled leather panels on the toe box, toe box, heel wrap, lace wings and swoosh. Other details on the upper include tonal Nike Air embroidery on the tumbled leather tongues, tonal laces, CO.JP branded insoles and a tag inside the tongue displaying the shoe's original and re-release years. A white midosle and grey rubber outsole finish off the design.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP "Tokyo" releases on Friday, August 7th, and was only available via online raffle.
