Shipping & Return Policy
Outbound Shipping:
We use UPS or USPS ground shipping depending on where each service is offered. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is processed.
Allow 3-7 business days from time of order placement for your order to be processed and shipped.
We do not ship and/or sell any Nike/Jordan products internationally.
For all other products, customers are responsible for any duty fees that may be incurred by their respective country customs department.
All orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other US territories will be charged a flat rate regardless of order amount.
We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages) should be addressed to the shipping service used for that order.
Shipping to a PMB (Private Mailbox) is NOT eligible for Free Shipping. Subject to rate quote based on specific address.
Orders processed after 10am EST on Friday are shipped out the following Monday.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds, Cancellations and Returns are not allowed on Final Sale and Limited Release items.
Please contact us at orders@cityblueshop.com to tell us the reason and condition of your return (i.e. refund/store credit/defect). Please note all products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags and boxes in tact to be accepted for returns (unless it is a manufacturer's defect).
Please print out and include your confirmation email in your return package. If you lost or deleted your confirmation email, contact orders@cityblueshop.com and describe the item you wish to return and the date it was purchased and we would be happy to assist you.

When cancelling an order, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping:
A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside. Please do not use the original shoe box or a plastic bag as the package for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or that use the original shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.

For Refunds:
Refund applies to cost of item only, any shipping costs associated with order are non-refundable. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. We will issue a refund once we have inspected the merchandise. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.

For a Defective or Damaged Product:
Please contact us at orders@cityblueshop.com to tell us the reason and condition of your defective item. You may be asked to provide a photograph of this defect. We will provide a return shipping label at our expense for all products determined as a manufacturers defect.

Nike/Jordan Brand Orders:
All Nike/Jordan Brand products are sold in store or through email order only via a Paypal invoice. We are not authorized to sell Nike/Jordan Brand products on our website with an "add to cart" function.
Some select Nike/Jordan Brand products are not eligible for free shipping due to their limited availability.

Cancellations:
FINAL SALE & Limited Release items are NOT eligible for cancellation after order is placed.

The only time a cancellation and refund will be processed is when our risk management service declines the order and payment method.
