According to the most recent estimates, there are over a billion people in the world who live on less than $1.25 a day. In a culture where people line up to pay hundreds of dollars for a pair sneakers, we can lose sight of the fact that there are so many who can’t afford even the most basic necessities. That is why we partnered with other members of the Sneaker Community in an effort to give back to those who live in extreme poverty. We chose Soles4Souls as a vehicle for our donations because they don't just distribute clothes and shoes for those in need, they also create self-sustaining jobs that generate desperately needed revenue through the collection and sale of new and used clothing and shoes in communities where virtually no opportunity for employment exists.
