The latest Jordan Brand retro release celebrates one of Michael Jordan's many memorable moments in Madison Square Garden on the Air Jordan 3 Retro "Knicks". The shoe is a tribute to the "Virus Game," which saw MJ overcome a nasty stomach bug and drop 40 points to beat the Knicks in the garden in a late season game in 1988. It's dressed in classic Knicks uniform colors, with a white tumbled leather upper accented with blue eyelets, lining and heel branding, and orange eyelets, mudguard and tongue branding. The signature elephant print hits the toe, heel and vamp while a white midsole with a Max Air heel unit and grey rubber outsole supplies the base. A tag on the inside of each tongue reading "04.08.88" - the date of the "Virus Game" - provides the release's defining detail.

The Air Jordan 3 Retro "Knicks" will be available on Saturday, September 14th both online via email order and at select City Blue locations.
