2019 is the twentieth anniversary of the Air Max Tailwind IV, and Nike is marking the occasion with reissues of some of the model's most classic colorways, starting with this "OG" white/volt version. Slotting perfectly into the revival of the turn-of-the-century aesthetic, the Tailwind IV accents its white mesh and leather upper with gradient green to volt rib-like overlays on the side panel that match the green and volt hits on the black outsole. Black accents hit the tongue, toe, lining, heel and midsole, while white Max Air branding graces the tongue and heel. Volt Max Air units in the forefoot and heel and a volt embroidered swoosh below the ankle complete the first of several inline release for this anniversary style.
